Law enforcement agencies in Mahoning County are ramping up efforts to apprehend two fugitives who are considered among the region’s most wanted. Both individuals are facing serious drug trafficking charges and remain at large despite ongoing investigations.
Jaron Martin
Authorities are searching for 31-year-old Jaron Martin, who is wanted on multiple felony counts, including trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine, and trafficking fentanyl. A secret indictment was filed against Martin in November 2023, and he has been evading capture since then. He is described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds.

Trevon Howell
Also sought is 35-year-old Trevon Howell, wanted for trafficking cocaine, trafficking fentanyl, and aggravated trafficking of drugs. Howell is described as a Black male, about 6 feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds.
The Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals are actively pursuing Howell, with a reward available for tips that result in his apprehension.
